- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions:
- Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C). Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium-low and add the butter.
- Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Combine:
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over it. Let it cook for 1-2 more minutes to soak up the flavors.
- Serve:
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired. Pair with rice, pasta, or a side salad.
